Apply To Pentaville Schools
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
The school is open to all tribes, races, sexes, denominations and faiths. Students from the ages of ten (10) and above are welcome. incoming student must have finished the compulsory six years of primary school.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Application forms can be purchased from school, or any of our designated examination centres. Application forms will only be sold to parents whose child meets the entry age criteria(10 years). Parent who are seeking admission for their children/ward into Pentaville School can purchase an application form online, at the school campus, or one of our designated centers.
A written examination followed by an oral interview is conducted before admission. There is also an opportunity for parents and guardians to make enquires from staff in attendance, during the examination. On the successful performance of the candidates, a letter of admission is issued.
TRANSFER STUDENTS:
For students joining at JS2 and SS1, the offer of admission is made following the submission of reference letters and recent reports from the child’s previous school.
Transfer students are also required to sit for examinations. Limited spaces available.
FEES:
Our fees are moderate. Details will be made available at the point of entry.
Registration takes place after the full payment of the school fees.
ENTRANCE EXAMS:
Students seeking admission into JSS1/Year 7 will be take the standard entrance examination consisting of three papers (English, Mathematics and General Paper).
